TMA is your family destination with activities and programs for children of all ages and families! Bring your family to the Museum for a fun experience of spending the afternoon learning about and creating art together.
K-12 Schools & Educators

The Museum offers a variety of programs for students to learn about art, history, and culture. Whether it is a docent-led tour complete with hands-on art project or a self-guided tour of a special exhibition and a selection of the permanent collection, students will have the opportunity to explore one of Tucson’s treasures.
Community Outreach

The Tucson Museum of Art is committed to enriching the lives of the entire community and is committed to extending its programs beyond its walls. It is proud to participate in many community arts festivals as well as partner with community groups and organizations. The Museum strongly believes collaborative partnerships with local organizations help to highlight how the arts can play a vital role in everyone’s life.
Studio Art Classes

The Tucson Museum of Art is proud to continue its tradition of offering art instruction of the finest quality to people of all ages. TMA offers classes in a verity of media from painting and drawing to ceramics.
Research Library

The Research Library has approximately 13,000 books that are easily searchable through an online catalog that can be accessed through the Pima County Public Library. The catalog includes books, periodicals, Museum publications, and other related materials dedicated to the visual arts.
