Docent Art Talk: Ukiyo-e: Japanese Woodcut Prints of a Floating World

Ukiyo-E are “Pictures of The Floating World,” an evanescent world, a world of fleeting beauty, divorced from the responsibilities of the mundane, everyday world; a hedonistic world of Kabuki, courtesans and Geisha.

Zoom connection information will be sent to registrants one day prior to the event.

 

Art Talks take place every Wednesday from January through March at 1:30 p.m. They are presented by members of the TMALearn! Docent Council.
