DESCRIPTION:First Thursday x Opening Celebration of Another Frame\nApril 2\, 2026\n5:00pm – 8:00pm\nEnjoy extended hours and pay-what-you-wish admission from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Join us on April 2 to celebrate the opening of Another Frame: Lola Álvarez Bravo\, Mariana Yampolsky\, Graciela Iturbide\, Flor Garduño featuring a selection of fifteen photographs from the collection at the University of Arizona’s Center for Creative Photography (CCP).   \nAt the art-making table\, experiment with cropping to reframe new stories\, and in the galleries\, use different prompts to explore perspectives.   \nThe evening will include opportunities to purchase bites from Los Poblanitos\, an aura photo pop-up by Cosmic Hour (pre-registration recommended)\, beats by DJ Tito Suavecito\, and TMA’s cash bar featuring beer and wine.  \nAfter over a decade of First Thursday and Second SundAZe\, the Museum is bringing these programs to a close this season as we refresh our public programming and explore innovative ways for communities to gather\, create\, and connect through art.  \nFirst Thursday is presented by an anonymous donor. \n________________________________________________________________________ \nPrimer Jueves x Celebración de Inauguración de Otro Marco \n2 de abril de 2026\n5:00pm – 8:00pm\nDisfruta de un horario extendido y entrada con precio paga-lo-que-desees de 5:00 p.m. a 8:00 p.m. Acompáñanos el 2 de abril para celebrar la inauguración de Otro Marco: Lola Álvarez Bravo\, Mariana Yampolsky\, Graciela Iturbide\, Flor Garduño\, una muestra que presenta una selección de quince fotografías de la colección del Centro de Fotografía Creativa (CCP) de la Universidad de Arizona. \nEn la mesa de creación artística\, experimenta con el recorte para reinterpretar nuevas historias\, y en las galerías\, utiliza diferentes sugerencias para explorar perspectivas. \nLa noche incluirá la oportunidad de comprar bocadillos de Los Poblanitos\, fotos de aura de Cosmic Hour (se recomienda registrarse previamente)\, música a cargo del DJ Tito Suavecito y la barra de TMA con cerveza y vino.  \nTras más de una década de Primer Jueves y Segundo Domingo\, el Museo pondrá fin a estos programas esta temporada\, a medida que renovamos nuestra programación pública y exploramos formas innovadoras para que las comunidades se reúnan\, creen y conecten a través del arte.  \nEl Primer Jueves es presentado por un donante anónimo.
