Bonhams Appraisal Day at the Tucson Museum of Art
Saturday, February 13, 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM & 1:30 PM – 3:00 PM
TUCSON, ARIZONA (January 25, 2016) – Bonhams International Auctioneers and Appraisers will partner with the Tucson Museum of Art (TMA) to host an exciting and informative auction appraisal/valuation event on Saturday, February 13, 2016 at 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM – 3:00 PM in historic downtown Tucson. Participants will receive verbal evaluations on items from their collections with the option to consign and sell at auction. Bonhams experts will be available from the following specializations: fine art; including paintings, fine prints and photographs; furniture and decorative arts; Asian art; and fine jewelry. The public is invited to bring up to three items. Tickets will be sold at the door for $20 per item non-members /$15 per item for Museum members. This event supports the Tucson Museum of Art.
“Bonhams’ experts are looking forward to discovering treasures at the Tucson Museum of Art next month,” said Bonhams Representative Terri Hardy. “If you have a mystery object or a family heirloom that may be valuable, please do bring it to the Museum to be appraised by our skilled specialists.”

Bonhams appraisers will not be able to provide on-the-spot evaluations during this event for watches (wrist or pocket watches), antiquities (ancient Greek, Egyptian, or Roman), musical instruments, entertainment memorabilia, African or Oceanic artifacts, coins, stamps, or sports memorabilia.
