Blue Star Museums is a partnership between the National Endowment for the Arts and Blue Star Families, in collaboration with the Department of Defense and museums across America, offering free admission to the nation’s active-duty military personnel and their families, including National Guard and Reserve.
The 2025 program will begin on Armed Forces Day, Saturday, May 17, 2025, and run through Labor Day, September 1, 2025.
Use the code “BlueStar” at checkout to apply to your online tickets and show your military ID when you visit the Museum.

Sobre el primer jueves tarde (5-8 pm) y segundo domingo (10 a.m.-5 p.m.) of the month the museum does not charge standard admission and accepts donations for entrance.

Tours públicos
Interested in getting a guided tour of the museum? The Tucson Museum of Art is now offering Public Tours on Wednesday through Sunday at 11:30 a.m. These guided experiences will be led by docents and will focus on the highlights of the museum’s collection. Tours will meet in the Mooney Lobby and are free with admission. For more information and if you would like to RSVP (not mandatory), contact the education department at educación@tucsonmuseumofart.org.

Groups of all ages are welcome to enjoy tours of our museum galleries. Self-guided tours are available Wednesday through Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. – please contact the education department for more information. Docent-led tours are available Thursdays and Saturdays at 10:30 and 1:30. To request a tour or find out more information visit the website.
