    Interested in getting a guided tour of the museum? The Tucson Museum of Art and Historic Block is now offering weekly Public Tours on Thursdays and Saturdays at 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. These guided experiences will be led by docents and will focus on the highlights of the museum’s collection. Tours meet in the Mooney Lobby and are free with admission.

  • TMA TURNS 100!

    Tucson Museum of Art and Historic Block will be celebrating its Centennial in 2024—and you’re invited to join in the festivities. On March 20th, 1924, the leaders of the Arts Committee of the Tucson Woman’s Club, assembled a group of artists, art enthusiasts, and patrons who eagerly agreed to establish an art organization to benefit Tucson – and the Tucson Fine Arts Association became a reality. They could not have imagined that their nascent arts establishment would eventually become the oldest and largest cultural institution serving Southern Arizona – the Tucson Museum of Art and Historic Block (TMA).
