With submission of this application, I/We agree to the following: This application is for consideration only and will only register and make payment if accepted into the market by the Director. All work displayed for sale is my/our original work. Printed material or products will be based on original work, with no exceptions. I/We understand that no "buy/sell" of manufactured work is allowed. I/We understand that applications may be submitted at any time starting December 12, 2025 and will be accepted until available space is filled, up until February 1, 2026. Notification on whether an applicant is approved to participate will be no longer than 10 business days. Due to the volume of applications, If not accepted there will be no notification. If accepted, I/We understand that the booth fees are $425.00 General Rate and $400.00 TMA Member Rate (membership must be current) for the 3 day event, or $150 for a single day table. The City of Tucson also requires a special event license for those who do not have a city business license. This is a separate fee to the City and is not included in the cost to participate in the event.
