The Tucson Museum of Art and Historic Block’s Research Library opened in 1974. It has a collection of books about the visual arts that can’t be checked out, as well as more than 13,000 titles that are all easy to find using the Pima County Public Library Catalog. In addition to books, the collection has art magazines, museum publications, and other items related to the museum’s exhibitions and collections. You can also contact their volunteer library staff directly with your reference questions or to find out if they have the information you need.
